5.3 All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. spinngo prohibits deposits from accounts belonging to third parties. Deposits found to have originated from a third party may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
5.4 spinngo does not charge fees on standard deposits. Your bank, eWallet provider, or card issuer may apply their own charges, for which spinngo bears no responsibility.
5.5 Deposits made in error — for example, to the wrong Account — must be reported to spinngo support immediately. spinngo will make reasonable efforts to assist but cannot guarantee recovery of erroneously deposited funds.
6.1 The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawals are processed to your registered bank account or eWallet only, and must match the name on your spinngo Account.
6.2 Before any withdrawal is processed, spinngo requires successful completion of identity verification (KYC), including submission of a valid Malaysian IC or passport. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is complete.

6.5 Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only Real Money Funds resulting from satisfied wagering conditions may be withdrawn.
